Goisx: The decentralized P2P escrow platform for digital asset transactions.
Users: Individuals or entities that access or use Goisx.
Digital Assets: Cryptocurrencies, tokens, or other digital forms of value transacted on Goisx.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations to use Goisx. By using Goisx, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of Goisx, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date.

5. Use of Services

Goisx provides a platform for users to engage in secure digital asset transactions. You agree to use Goisx only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6. User Obligations

Immediately notify Goisx of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Fees and Payment

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Goisx will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

10. Limitation of Liability

Goisx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that Goisx will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goisx disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, and will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Goisx.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Goisx at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goisx operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use Goisx after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
